Caseificio delle Rose NY is a family conducted company started in May 1994, named after and in honor of the Caseificio delle Rose in Italy, from where we import and distribute the buffalo mozzarella.
In time we have served all the best and well-known restaurants and food emporiums in the city, although several states in the USA.
The consistency and tenacity helped us through the years, as long as the appreciation of all the chefs and restaurateurs we served, especially for our reliability.
That’s why we have personal contacts with our clients regularly, as we always pay attention to their needs, providing them with the highest quality of the Italian suppliers chosen through the numerous regions we have visited.
We claim to have the best “mozzarella di bufala” imported in the USA, legitimated in the years (we had the honor to supply the White House!).
Our secret is the passion and, of course, for this product in particular, the excellence provided simply from the first milk the buffalo produce.
The taste can’t be but amazingly good.
